Soaring 74 storeys high, One Marina redefines luxury living with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and refined residences ranging from two to five bedrooms. Set in one of the city’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, the tower embodies a perfect balance of elegance, innovation, and sustainability — crafted for those who seek exclusivity and sophistication in every detail.
Thoughtfully planned, the first habitable floor begins at an impressive 120 feet above sea level, ensuring both privacy and unobstructed vistas from every residence. Each home features warm shell interiors complemented by branded luxury fittings, reflecting a meticulous design ethos. Residents enjoy world-class amenities across the Ground and E-deck levels, including an infinity pool, a modern fitness center, and dedicated leisure zones.
