La Belle Hotel

Taking inspiration from the Okapi the National animal of Congo – we’ve incorporated the unique body print of this majestic creature as our central design theme. The building’s architecture is conceived as a single monolithic entity, making a profound statement in its context. Designed to harmonise with its surroundings, the structure subtly embodies elements that echo the rich narrative of the country. In the interior, the “Okapi Animal” pattern is woven into the fabric of our design. The restaurant’s waiting lobby and the overarching design scheme vividly portray Africa’s distinctive theme, crafting an immersive aesthetic experience for guests. This five-star business hotel, boasting 74 rooms and world-class amenities, has been thoughtfully designed to meet the sophisticated demands of today’s global traveller. The four-storey edifice, crowned with an open-air terrace, is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, seamlessly incorporating automated systems for streamlined operations and efficient maintenance. One of our standout features is the expansive terrace bar area, where we have skillfully integrated a retractable roof. This innovative architectural solution allows us to adapt to the whims of weather, providing an uninterrupted, sublime experience even in the case of rain.

The hotel features a 1-to-1 split HVAC system, with outdoor units discreetly concealed within external ducts. This infrastructure is artfully woven into our carefully crafted façade, enhancing the building’s external aesthetic without compromising on climate control performance. Each space is thoughtfully planned to strike a delicate balance between fostering communal interaction and providing seclusion, ensuring a tailored experience for every customer.

Sneh Bungalow

The villa features a European architectural style. It is clad in beautiful limestone, enhancing its aesthetic appeal. The living room has a double-height ceiling and a large chandelier, creating a grand and open atmosphere. A floral mural on the south wall adds a light, uplifting feel to the space. The living room is seamlessly connected to the open dining area, kitchen, and TV seating area, promoting flow and openness. The basement is designated as a library, offering a quiet and dedicated reading space.

Use of natural, enduring materials like stone, marble, limestone, and wood is chosen not only for durability but for their ability to age beautifully over time. Modern European design gives you the best of two worlds — you get the old￾world look with the contemporary and present-day conveniences. Modern European design has a timeless quality where it almost feels like the house could exist in the past, present, or future. The colour schemes are neutral. The building materials are also natural stone, marble, limestone, and wood. We have added materials that survive the test of time and become more beautiful over time, like marble. The exteriors are stone-clad with muted tones, although you still see colour in the windows, roof, on the doors, and in all the greenery surrounding this gorgeous villa. The second-level master bedroom has a European modern fusion design. It features a large bed with a sunrise design on leather panelling as the background. The fourth level bedroom features a large bed, a large painting, a suede cladded bed, a customised headboard, lamination finish furniture, European moulding, fusion motives, wall-to-ceiling border moulding, and warm customised curtains. The fifth-level bedroom features a Victorian headboard design with beautiful drapes as a backdrop, colour-laminated furniture with a European panel look, ceiling motifs that enhance the theme, a soft rug with an upholstered bench in leather finish, which opens with an internal storage compartment, and dressers on both sides of the bed for both the family’s daughters. The gym area has an inclined roof with a Shera finish, a full-wall mirror to make the room look wider, and panel￾effect wallpaper for acoustical treatment.

Panchgani Holiday Home

Nestled amidst the lush hills of Panchgani, this Bali￾inspired bungalow blends tropical serenity with mountain charm. Designed to echo the tranquil elegance of Balinese architecture, the space features open-plan living, natural textures, and earthy tones. Soothing water features, stone pathways, and wooden pavilions invite harmony with nature. Each room opens to panoramic valley views, surrounded by manicured gardens, coconut palms, and bamboo accents. Indoor-outdoor bathrooms, rattan furnishing, and warm lighting create an immersive retreat that feels like a private sanctuary. Whether it’s a weekend escape or a soulful staycation, this bungalow offers a slice of Bali in the heart of the Western Ghats.

The architecture embraces the site’s natural slopes, allowing light and wind to flow freely through the home. A majestic Balinese-style entrance welcomes you with a sense of calm, while waterbodies lining the bungalow cool the interiors and add to its tranquil vibe. The villa features both indoor and outdoor Balinese design elements — wooden accents, earthy textures, and open spaces. A swimming pool and deck extend from the living room, overlooking the valley below. The larger contour site includes charming water features at key nodes, cowsheds, artistic gazebos, a colourful plant-scape, designated parking, and a nature trail that invites peaceful exploration.
