$470 Billion Out At Lunch!

Bernard Arnault, the 74-year-old luxury goods executive, met with Elon Musk for lunch. About Elon he said, “I know him [and] I think he is an exceptional entrepreneur.”

The two richest men in the world with a combined net worth of $470 billion, dined at Cheval Blanc, the luxury hotel chain that’s owned by LVMH.

The LVMH CEO also brought along his sons, Antoine and Alexandre Arnault, while Musk was accompanied by his mother, Maye.

While the nature of their discussion was not made public, it could have something to do with the nature of advertising on Twitter and getting LVMH on board!

After his lunch with Arnault, Musk is also scheduled to speak at a Viva Technology event, which is hosted by advertising companies Publicis Groupe SA and Les Echos, owned by Arnault’s LVMH.

While in France, Musk is also scheduled to meet with President Emmanuel Macron in regards to a potential Tesla factory.
