Celebrate New Year With ‘Mango Shrikhand and Puri’ made by Chef Kunal Kapur!

As we celebrate New Year across India as Gudi Padva, Ugadi, Cheti Chand, Chaitra Navratri, Navreh and more… Chef Kunal directs us to first grind cardamom and nutmeg into a fine powder. Add a pinch of saffron (kesar), powdered sugar, and the cardamom-nutmeg mixture to curd, and whisk it well to create the perfect plain shrikhand.

To make it even more special, use Maharashtra’s famous Alphonso mangoes to create amrakhand! Serve with piping hot puris!

‘Mango Shrikhand with Puri’ is sure to tantalize your taste buds during the festivities! 🌟🎉
