A divine sight indeed!

A recent picture that has been taking the internet by storm is one of the seven wonders of the world being struck by lightning.

Standing over 2,000 ft above Rio is the Christ The Redeemer statute made of 700 tonnes of concrete.

On February 10th, the head of this very statue was pictured to be struck by a bolt of lightning by a photographer who goes by the name Fernando Braga.

This image has gone viral ever since his post with legendary actors like Viola Davis and Will Smith reposting this very picture!

The statue had previously been struck by lightning in 2014 and was left relatively damaged.
