The third edition of the prestigious annual ‘Society Achievers Realty Special’ 2026 was unveiled at a celebratory media event at Sahara Star, Mumbai, drawing an impressive gathering of industry stalwarts, leading achievers and influential voices from the worlds of real estate and architecture.
Magnate Publishing Founder Ashok Dhamankar and Chief Editor Andrea CostaBir were joined by Hon’ble Minister Shri Ashish Shelar, Minister of Information Technology and Cultural Affairs, Government of Maharashtra, who attended as Chief Guest and unveiled the special issue. The evening brought together prominent names from across the industry to celebrate the people, ideas and achievements shaping India’s real estate landscape, from landmark developments and emerging destinations to innovative approaches and the future of urban living.
Distinguished guests included Ar Hiten Sethi, Jitendra Mehta of JVM Spaces, and Ketan Sheth of Goldmine Project Consultant, alongside several other prominent developers, architects, and industry leaders. Their presence underscored the significance of the annual special, which recognises the visionaries and enterprises contributing to the sector’s growth and evolution.
The evening also unveiled the Society Achievers Entertainment Awards logo, signalling another initiative from the Society Achievers stable. Joining Ashok Dhamankar and Andrea CostaBir for the celebrations were Team Magnate members Jayshree Dhamankar, Sunil Khavnekar, Shivendra Parihar and Swati Balgi. The proceedings were hosted by Simran Ahuja, who brought her characteristic energy to the evening.
